The Power Rangers are back with a new frenetic action proposition
Digital eclipse announced Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Rita’s Rewind, a new Power Rangers Beat’em Up title that takes us back to retro classics with lots of nostalgia. The announcement took place during the conference of Summer Gaming Festival 2024 celebrated by Geoff Keighley.
Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Rita’s Rewind recovers the aesthetic of the classics of the 90s with a very attractive pixel-art style, but with all the advantages of a modern production. The video game will be based on the early seasons of the legendary television series featuring the original Power Rangers.
The presentation was made through a rather prodigious trailer which showed several playable sequences with good staging, which mixed the lateral advancement typical of beat’em up with phases of shooting action and other advances with motorized vehicles or aboard the Megazord.
At the moment we do not have an official release date. However, we know that it will be released on consoles and PC throughout 2024. Below, we leave you with the presentation trailer:
