Xbox Cloud Gaming will apparently soon receive support for mouse and keyboard input devices.
Mouse and keyboard support could soon be available for cloud gaming. A picture of the Xbox app by user DavidLogam shows the corresponding symbols for the two input devices. This is probably a beta app.
At Gamescom, the Xbox team could make a corresponding announcement for mouse and keyboard for Xbox cloud gaming.
