Since last December, Xbox and Warner Bros. have been receiving ideas from fans of Space Jam to create a brand new game inspired by the movie, which hits theaters on July 16 and via streaming service HBO Max. The teams responsible for the project finally selected the creations of two players: Narayan from India and Ricky from the USA. The plot will put us in front of a malicious artificial intelligence called AI G. Rhythm. The latter has our heroes on the servers of Warner Bros. You have to travel the virtual world in search of four pieces of code that will help you locate the enemy. In the vicinity of the playable characters, we are entitled to Bugs and Lola Bunny as well as LeBron James, the famous basketball player who also stars in the film.
The title is being developed by Digital Eclipse Studio, made up of industry veterans who are passionate about arcade games. Through music and artistic direction, the developers wanted to transcribe everything that makes it so charming. Space Jam: A New Legacy The Game will be available starting July 1st for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers. Access to the game is passed on in the form of reimbursable benefits. Then the title will be available to everyone free of charge from July 15th.
