Bit Reactor, Apex Legends and Respawn continue to work on a Star Wars strategy game that appears to be unaffected by the mass layoffs of the past few weeks and months.
Although EA announced at the end of February that it would lay off almost 700 employees, the as-yet-untitled Star Wars game is still in the works. A third Star Wars: Jedi, Black Panther and Iron Man are also being worked on.
This comes from tweets from Bit Reactor. In these, the developer said that they were continuing to work hard on it and that the game was not affected by the latest developments. When will the game be released? Once it’s ready, the response was via Twitter.
