The Jwado School’s fox-summoning “Do” wielder and newest addition to the roster, Maegu, is now available for black desert on Xbox! Maegu shares similar but different traits and fighting style to her twin sister, Woosa, who was released last December. We are very excited to introduce this new class as it has the (fox) charm; Let’s take a look at their weapons and key abilities.
Maegu’s Weapons: Fox Charm/Binyeo Knife
Maegu signs a deal with a revered fox spirit, lures her foes with the fox spell, and then lands a fatal blow with the binyeo knife.
Maegu channels various spells through the Fox Spirit spell. She can attack enemies from long range and spreads a dazzling display of Fox Spirit Charms.
Much like a fox, Maegu is cunning on the battlefield. Her quick movement allows her to instantly dodge enemies and dodge incoming attacks.
Maegu can also work with the revered fox spirit in coordinated attacks that can confuse and devastate approaching enemies.
Maegu’s key abilities
Maegu comes in with an array of combat moves and abilities that would make any enemy turn and run. Abilities like the Tethered Souls ability allow her to cast her fox spell and interrupt opponents’ movements, giving her the opportunity to then stab them in the chest with her handy binyeo knife, as shown below.
Maegu can also take a more stealthy and cunning approach, using the Foxspirit: Deceiver ability. With this, Maegu creates a double that he can freely switch between mid-fight to confuse enemies. Whatever skill you choose to use in battle, Maegu has every strategy in your arsenal covered.
New class and a new season
Along with the new class version black desert starts a new season. If you’re just starting out, this is the perfect time to create a new seasonal character and begin your journey. The Season Servers are designed to focus on character growth and make it easier for adventurers to adjust to the world of black desert.
Season servers are only accessible at certain times, and only seasonal characters can access these specific servers. As you progress through the season server and gain valuable experience, season characters can graduate and enjoy the rest of the available content black desert. Season servers not only have special equipment, but also a variety of advantages.
New fishing perks have been added this season to allow players to trade seasonal server-exclusive fish for seasonal growth items. Fishing on the Season Servers not only gives you great items, but also Combat XP!
