Currently, PC gamers can choose between different platforms to enjoy our great hobby, and even some of them, like the Epic Games Store, regularly offer us free titles. However, despite the fact that the supply is increasing, there is still an undisputed king in the PC world, and it could not be other than Steam.
And is that, despite being in a market with more and more competition, Valve’s platform is in one of its best times, as shown by the latest data from users connected to the platform.
Steam exceeds 27 million logged in users
As we have been able to verify by Steam Database, a website that monitors platform stats, over the past 24 hours, the Valve platform has reportedly managed to surpass its concurrent user record by reaching an incredible 27 182 165, a truly spectacular figure.
It is a clear example of the platform’s current growth, which reached its previous historical maximum of connected users last April with 26.9 million users. And is that despite the fact that more and more platforms are coming out, the reality is that currently it is practically impossible to compete with Steam, platform that not only has the largest number of users, but also the largest catalog of titles available.
Steam once again breaks its record for concurrent users online with over 27 million users currently online.
