According to new rumors, the streaming service Netflix is working on a series adaptation of The Elder Scrolls.
As you know, The Elder Scrolls VI, the next offshoot of the popular RPG series, is currently in development at Bethesda. The title is likely to be released in the distant future. Except for a small teaser trailer, there has been nothing to see yet and hardly anything is known about the game itself.
According to insider Daniel Richtman, fans may look forward to new Elder Scrolls content in a different form. According to him, the streaming provider Netflix is rumored to be working on a project based on the role-playing game franchise, which should be as extensive as the The Witcher series, which started in 2019. More detailed information on characters, plot or locations is not currently known.
Interestingly, Bethesda is already working on a Fallout series adaptation with Netflix competitor Amazon Prime. When exactly the series should start is also unknown.
