Through an official press release, 2K Games announced that Tales from the Borderlands has officially returned to digital stores. This relaunch, which bundles the original five episodes into one pack, is now available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store. Tales from the Borderlands is also playable on Xbox Series X | S and PlayStation 5 thanks to backward compatibility.
Tales from the Borderlands returns to the Xbox Store
Originally released as a five-episode series between November 2014 and October 2015, Tales from the Borderlands is a narrative, decision-making adventure that takes place between the events of Borderlands 2 and Borderlands 3. Enjoy this award-winning story from the point of view of two protagonists who suddenly find themselves united in an attempt to grab a pile of money which depending on who you ask belongs to one or the other.
Unlike the original Borderlands Tales, you won’t have to purchase the episodes separately. However, if you already have a save file from a previous episode, you can pick up where you left off (if you’re playing on the same platform). Please note that you can transfer game saves from a previous generation of consoles so that you can continue playing on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S.
