From what we can see, the confrontation with Bellanoir will require some sort of summoning ritual that will be accompanied by a meteor shower. There is still a lot to be confirmed, such as whether it will be possible to fight and/or catch the character outside of the raid, but it is likely that the activity will be more focused on group strategy.
