The acquisition of Activision-Blizzard by Microsoft is an operation that has shaken the foundations of the entire industry. We are not talking about small change, it was 68,700 million dollars. We’re still waiting to see how it all comes together and how they’ll end up bringing together so many Redmond studios. But we must be attentive to the question, the purchase has not yet fully materialized.
Fortunately, 98% of Activision shareholders have given their approval to the issue, and on the part of regulators they don’t seem to be too heavy handed with the issue, so at this time the feelings about the deal are positive.
