With the Indie Box, the entire XboxSquad editorial team offers you mini reviews of very little known or featured indie games. While some don’t deserve to step out of the shadows of the Xbox Marketplace, others might be worth a look. That is the whole subject of this section.
Created by Rapid Snail Studio and edited by Xitilon, Shapik: The Quest is an adventure and puzzle game in which you will accompany Shapik, our hero of the day, in search of his missing sister. Defined in store as a puzzle and mind game for families and children, you immediately forget any notion of difficulty.
The nine tables/chapters that make up the game will often ask you to find an object hidden in the decor and solve a puzzle to continue your journey. The entire title plays like a point-and-click and the whole story is told with animated “thought bubbles” without having to wait for the smallest line of text, perfect for the youngest gamers.
Nothing will ever hinder your progress and few specific achievements will force you to use chapter select when needed to complete the game with 1000G. By the way, beware of errors on this point, some of them required several attempts to be taken into account. Nothing dramatic.
I loved :
- A peaceful adventure for toddlers.
- Easily 1000G in less than 30 minutes.
I’m sorry :
