Four years after his departure, Charlie Guillemot returns to Ubisoft as head of a transformation committee.
In an internal email, Ubisoft announces the return of Charlie Guillemot. The son of CEO Yves Guillemot will lead the company's transformation committee together with Marie-Sophie de Wauert, it is said.
“With the recent announcement to found a new subsidiary, Ubisoft is making a redesign of its entire organization. Charlie Guillemot has returned to Ubisoft and is part of the internal transformation committee, which will recommend a new operating model to the Executive Committee to ensure the long -term success of Ubisoft,” said Ubisoft in a then published official statement.
However, the ten -member committee, which will control the development of Ubisoft's brands and studios in the next 100 days, is not given any love for the company's employees.
