This year we will have a double ration of Call of Duty. On the one hand, in October we will experience the launch of Modern Warfare II, the new digital and annual installment of the saga which will present all its novelties during an event in September. Additionally, as Activision has already confirmed on several occasions, this year we will also have the launch of Warzone 2, the free-to-play, Battle Royale-focused side of the franchise.
A sequel that offered little data beyond its existence and its arrival at some point in 2022. However, a new leak could have given us its release date, which would be much earlier than expected.
Warzone 2 would let us jump into the action in November
According to an internal document leaked to Reddit, Warzone 2 would arrive in mid-November. Concretely, and still according to this leak, the popular Battle Royale would be available on all platforms on on November 16, 2022.
Will we see its official announcement at the September event, along with the various news they promised from Activision? For now, we can only wait, but it seems clear that this year we’ll get plenty of action thanks to Call of Duty.
