There is a ring beyond the ring: The official gameplay trailer for WWE 2K25 provides first insights into 2K showcase: The Bloodline's Dynasty, new match types and features.
2K has unveiled the explosive gameplay trailer for WWE 2K25.
The video shows exciting new gameplay elements for the first time, including new Brawl environments, match types, Myrise Mutiny, my GM online, my group World Tour and a first glance of 2K showcase: The Bloodline's Dynasty. There is also a preview of a completely new way of prevailing beyond the ring – The Island, which will be available exclusively for PS5 and Xbox Series X | s.
In the trailer, WWE 2K25 cover star “The Original Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns is introduced, followed by an action-packed assembly of superstars who are spectacular fights, including brand new Intergender match-ups.
A scene shows Reigns and Seth Rollins at the Ringside-Fight, whereby Rollins demonstrates the new Barricade-Dive feature for high jumps. Afterwards there is a first glance at new Brawl environments such as the NXT Parking Lot and the WWE archive, where a variety of objects and ambient hazards can be used to punish opponents hard.
Fans also get excitedly expected insight into the brand new 2K showcase: The Bloodline's Dynasty, which celebrates one of the most legendary wrestling families of all time-The Bloodline and the expanded Anoa'i family.
Each match leads to one of three possible results: Relive History, in which a historical match with its original exit is rewrite history by reinterpreting the match, or creating history by taking a completely fictional match. The Bloodline's Dynasty presents action-packed duels with Roman Reigns, The Rock, Yokozuna, Jacob Fatu and many other wrestling icons.
This is followed by insight into new features and long-awaited improvements, including the new underground and Bloodline Rules-Match types. Clips from Myrise Mutiny show a continuous male and female storyline with dramatic moments, exciting matches and film -tire cutscenes. After that, the return of the Chain Wrestling, new my GM online feature and the introduction of my group World Tour Component are presented.
The trailer ends with a first look at the completely new immersive surroundings, in which players can “rule beyond the ring”:
