The first 2021 iMacs have been among their lucky users for quite some time. In today’s episode, I chat with Miguel about his experience in setting up these teams. What models are chosen, colors, uses and much more.
Additionally, we review the current situation with iOS 14 and its not upgrading to iOS 15, the new Apple TV + series and movies and the slow rollout of the HomePod mini around the world.
Lots of silver and blue iMacs
The new iMac 2021 is a great machine. And this is how users greet it, which when it is launched they acquire it with desire. We will see if the enthusiasm is maintained in the following quarters, but of course this first wave shows the desire that there was for a new generation.
Among them, Miguel sees entry models and media. The predominant colors are silver and blue, although at retailers they do not have access to all. These are undoubtedly the colors that one could say the most as “classic”, since blue is quite close to steel.
We also have a place to talk about the upcoming releases of Apple TV +, which are quite numerous. Over the next few months we should see several series, among which stands out the premiere of Fundación in September. Apple also said that users who don’t want to upgrade to iOS 15 yet when available, they can stay on iOS 14.
Focusing on the Apple speaker, the HomePod mini arrives in New Zealand and wraps up its country tour in June. Yes by the end of the year, it should land in Italy. A very slow deployment of which one wonders the causes.
