This new update, although with improvements, does not bring excellent novelties. However, it corrects the necessary key points and is a Prelude to the big update That it is about to arrive in the coming months and this will finally allow us to use Apple Intelligence from USA and in our language.
All versions already available

What news we can find in iOS 18.3
As we have advanced, it is not that there are too many notable news in iOS 18.3. These are those who reach the iPhone without regional distinction:
- New wallpaper: On the occasion of the day of the racial unit, Apple has already launched its traditional wallpapers to commemorate it, just as there is also a new background for iPad and sphere for Apple Watch.
- News to the 'Casa' application:: Adjustment of connection with smart vacuum cleaners compatible with Homekit, now allowing that we can even control them via Siri.
- Goodbye to the problem of captures: In the previous versions, when capturing Apple Watch, these could not appear in the iPhone 'photos' photos'. With this version, this tedious failure is corrected.
- Visual novelty in “parameters”: Although it is a detail without too much importance, it emphasizes that in dark mode, the camera control button now appears with a new black icon.
- Other corrections and security: Without specifying too much, Apple reported the solution of lower performance problems, as well as the implementation of the latest security fixes.
Other novelties, but are not yet for everyone
Visual intelligence receives improvements with iOS 18.3 (Image: Apple)
Apple Intelligence is now available in several countries (United States first, then in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and South Africa). In them, we find interesting improvements which, in turn, will be used to receive them in other countries in a few months:
- Improvements in “visual intelligence”: A new improvement for “Apple Google Lens”, called “visual intelligence” and will now add events to the calendar with only a poster or a brochure, in addition to improving the identification of objects and animals. Of course, it is always an exclusive function of the iPhone 16.
- Goodbye to the summaries of the news: Given the controversy which aroused that Apple Intelligence summed up the news leading to the confusion, in this version, the summary of the notifications linked to the news was eliminated. He should come back to the future, although without these problems.
- Best access to personalized emojis: With iOS 18.3, access to Imessage “Genmoji” is greatly facilitated by adding your access to the same attachments as the photos and other elements.
- References to a new application: There is no new application as such, but in 9TO5MAC, they discovered references in the code to an application called “Apple invites” and which would make it possible to organize group events more effectively. It may be an advance in the following versions or perhaps it is already announced with iOS 19.
At the gates of the desired iOS 18.4
It will be in March or April when launched, but there is already a desire. It will be with this version with which Apple Intelligence is already available in USA and Spanish, in addition to other countries in Latin America and Europe. It will also be this version in which the new and powerful Siri which was announced at WWDC 2024 is launched internationally.
SO, It is possible that this week, they start to launch the first beta. They will initially be intended for developers, but you can then install the public beta version of iOS 18.4 after the usual steps.
