A few weeks ago, we saw how Apple made the gesture of putting the great classics of the App Store at its service. Games that can be considered the store’s first big hits, like Fruit Ninja, breathe fresh air in Apple’s subscription catalog. Now the company is following this path announcing more of these games for Arcade
The announcements were made individually in Twitter account Apple Arcade: will launch Angry Birds Reloaded (a reissue of the popular bird game), Doodle God Universe, Alto’s Odyssey: The Lost City (the version unending Game), Lonely stories Yes Frantic overtime
There are no specific details about each game, only a promotional image of each. A release date isn’t revealed either, but Apple typically doesn’t leave much time between announcing a game and its release (certainly not multiple years like E3). What we have is a “coming soon” for which I would bet towards this same summer
Remember that in order to play these games and the rest of the Apple Arcade catalog, you must subscribe to 4.99 dollars per month or 49.99 dollars per year a service. Alternatively, you can subscribe to Apple One’s unified plan for $ 14.95 per month, which includes Apple Arcade among other services.
