Report says Apple employees use Android phones and encrypted chats to keep union plans secret

According to sources from The Washington Post, Employees of at least two US Apple Stores want support from national unions to do a series of writings with petitions to the National Labor Relations Board.

Apple seems aware of the situation with its employees and has already signaled that it plans to raise employee salaries between 2% and 10% “depending on location and role in the store”, as reported by Bloomberg. In addition, it will double the number of sick days for all its employees, as well as increasing vacation days and paid paternity leave of up to six weeks.
