Apple Fitness +, Apple’s youngest subscription service, has added new content. Now your exercises can be explored as collections, grouped together to help users find activity sets designed to achieve specific movement goals.
Mini-courses that serve as a guide
The initial collections will be six in number, and more will be added over time:
- 30 day base challenge
- Improve your posture with Pilates
- Perfect your yoga balancing postures
- Run your first 5 km race
- Strengthen your back and stretch your hips
- Relax to sleep better
Each of these collections includes several workouts from scratch to achieve the goal even if you are not in your best physical shape. This will help subscribers who, faced with a varied catalog of exercises, did not know where to start.
In addition to the Collections, a new series entitled Time to run
The format is similar to ‘Hora de Andar’ which also features a new season these days
All of this news is available from the Fitness app on iOS and watchOS, but remember: you need to be an Apple Fitness + subscription to access it. Plans start from 9.99 dollars per month, although you can join it with the rest of Apple services with an Apple Premium plan.
