Yesterday was an afternoon of significant release, although there were more problems than expected. Apple released the latest version of MacOS Big Sur, too early betas for iOS 14.3, iPadOS 14.3, watchOS 7.2 and tvOS 14.3.

All developers, or those with an installed profile, can now update to the new beta of iOS 14, and an update with major improvements.
Apple ProRAW support

ProRAW is for those who choose take RAW photos but also want to take advantage of Apple’s settingssuch as noise reduction or multi-frame exposure settings.

AirPods Studio and AirTags are the next devices Apple can launch, and it seems IOS 14.3 is already ready. Thumbnail and video disclosed in the Find app which suggests that these devices are nearby.

Third party application suggestions
It looks like Apple wants to anticipate potential legal issues and in iOS 14.3 where we do zero installation, the system gives us third-party applications that we can install.
Faced with potential allegations of independence or unfair competition, Apple will approve the user has decided to install competing applications such as new browsers, email clients or calendar applications.
Support for new controls
For a long time iOS has been working with the mainstream controllers, PS4 and Xbox One, but on iOS 14.3 this compatibility is expanded. Now we can use the PS5 controller and Amazon Luna
App clips
Looks like we have issues related to app clips, those little apps that we don’t need to download to use them. It will be available soon scanning special codes created by Apple of app clips.
Some new stuff
In addition to these important issues, in iOS 14.3 we also get some minor improvements:
- The Health app now has a section on pregnancy.
- Ecosia can now be used as the default browser.
- The home app has new notifications when the accessory has an update.
- Exercise for the heart, now the Apple Watch is able to better measure the activity.
- Air quality data comes from China.
As we can see, iOS 14.3 comes with some significant improvements. This is the first beta, therefore the last renewal could come at the end of the year, or early 2021.
