Apple just released the RC beta of macOS Big Sur 11.2. This update, taking into account the lack of new features of the previous and previous version, surely focuses on bug fixes and performance improvements.
Candidate release: the penultimate stage
After the release of the RC beta version of iOS 14.4, iPadOS 14.4, tvOS 14.4 and watchOS 7.3, Apple continues to develop the operating system that brings the Mac to life. In this release we don’t expect any news except bug fixes and performance improvements. Remember that macOS Big Sur is the first Mac compatible operating system with Apple silicon, so these computers (and the ones we’re talking about this spring) may receive the most optimization.
As always, it’s important to remember that while we may install this update on our Macs, it is still a beta version. Although this is a second version of the final version already presented to the public, it still contains other errors and therefore should not be installed on computers of everyday use.
