You can see the new design in the screenshot offered by 9to5mac. In the new sidebar we can see all the information we previously found at the bottom: view now, originals, search, movies, shared, etc. In addition, a new element is added: Shop.

Now the Apple TV app will include in a separate article anything that has a rental or purchase option available in the iTunes Store. Previously, this content was mixed with content from the Apple TV app, making it impossible to really discern what was on demand and what was not.

This new design highlights the new homogenization that Apple is trying to integrate into all of its applications. Leaving the bottom menus aside a bit by going on a new model based on sidebars that they can take full advantage of the screens of their devices, especially iPads.
