iPhone 14 Pro Max, Apple Watch Ultra and AirPods Pro 2

Apple just released a new firmware update for AirPods Pro 2 and for Powerbeats Pro and Beats Studio Buds.

The second and new generation of AirPods Pro has received a first firmware update from Apple. Until now, the software installed in the most modern Apple headphones was 5A377, and the version just released and which your headphones will be updated automatically in the next few hours is 5B58

. What new features does this new version bring? At this time, we don’t know the changes as Apple hasn’t made them public, but we’ll wait for our AirPods Pro 2 to update to test it out and see if there’s anything noteworthy to release.

What does your AirPods Pro 2 version look like? With them connected to your iPhone, you need to click on the menu that will appear on the main settings screen, just below your iCloud account, and at the bottom of this screen, the installed firmware version will appear. If you click on it, you were not only the AirPods version, but also the case version, which can receive software updates in the same way.

Beats Studio Buds

In addition to the update for the AirPods Pro 2, Apple released others for the Beats Studio Buds and Powerbeats Pro. Powerbeats Pro go from version 4A394 to version 5B55, and Beats Studio Buds go to version 10M2155 from 10M329. Apple also did not include any information about the new features included.

There is no way to force update any of the listeners. this happens automatically, usually when the headphones are in their case, charging, and with the iPhone or Mac they’re paired with nearby. It may take a few hours or several days, so be patient.
