While everyone wonders what's going on with Siri and what the court will see against Apple then, real products are in preparation in the depths of Apple itself, including work on new generation fleas that will be in several products in the future.
According to a report by this week by Mark Gurman from Bloomberg, the new chips include the M6 and M7 fleas which will be used in the Mac range. Apple should publish the M5 chip in the MacBook Pro in November, so the M6 will not appear before next year, and the M7 probably in 2027. Gurman also said that Apple worked on a “advanced Mac chip in developing Sotra”. No details were provided on the coming fleas.
2026 marks the 20th anniversary of the MacBook, and Apple would have major projects for the M6 MacBook Pro, including an display update to OLED. Previous reports have indicated that the M6 would be a chip 2 NM, but that the new production process could be more expensive to use than the current 3 NM. In addition to an unpredictable tariff situation, it is possible that the price of the MacBook Pro increases next year, or the birthday model can be delayed until 2027.
What is more interesting is that the chips that Apple manufactures for certain future non-disclosed devices, which include processors for intelligent glasses along the lines of Ray-Ban meta-lunettes. The chips for the glasses would be based on the Apple Watch series S chip, but modified to be more powerful in power and be able to control the cameras that are installed in the glasses. Gurman says they will not go in the product before the end of 2026 or in 2027, which means that a real glasses product will not appear for at least two years.
Apple glasses seem to be a range of products distinct from the current pro vision. Gurman declares that the idea is focused on AR, bunk notifications and other useful information in sight, but also warns that “AR remains in years to be practical”. It is possible that if Apple glasses are not activated by AR, they will be like the Ray-Ban meta-lunes, which record the video, take photos, play audio and support the vocal functions.
Other new Portable Apple chips include a name of Cocopied Nevis for an Apple Watch with a camera and a Cocopiet Glennie code for AirPods equipped with cameras. These products are planned for 2027.
Previous reports have indicated that Apple manufactures servers specifically for the treatment of AI treatment, and Gurman reports that this project could be ready in 2027. IA server fleas could “have double, quadruple or eight times the number of main treatment cores and graphics like M3 Ultra today”. Many Apple Intelligence features use the treatment on devices, but for Apple to take other steps to implement more complex AI features, it must rely on the treatment of the cloud. Gurman declares that these new servers would help Apple to “catch up” other Nvidia and Google IA services.
The other development chips include follow -up of Modem C1 which made their debut in the iPhone 16th, including C2 for high -end iPhones in 2026, and a “high -end” C3 for 2027. Apple also continues to work on a sensor and chip system to monitor blood sugar in the Apple Watch.
