China has gone crazy and will build the largest Apple Store in a new 565,000 square meter shopping complex, sources say.

In present-day Xi’an, the capital of Shaanxi province, are some of the most avant-garde commercial buildings in the entire country. Apple already has a vast network of stores across the country. 47 in total, including five in Beijing, eight in Shanghai, four in Guangdong (Guangzhou and Shenzhen) and five in Jiangsu (in Nanjing, Wuxi and Suzhou). The new Apple Store will be the heart of a project that covers a total area of ​​138 acres, the equivalent of 565,000 square meters.

The most ambitious Apple Store in China

Apparently and still according to the information released, a total investment of 9 billion yuan has been made for this project, that is, more than 1.1 billion dollars. Only the first start of this project cost 696 million yuan and it is expected that in the first building – 18 floors – more than 200 stores will open and more than 500 companies will settle in this new commercial core, which will generate annual tax revenue of about 600 million yuan.
