If there is one application that is not missing on my Android phone besides those from Google, it is My Citizen Folder: It is not only the best application launched by the public administration Both in terms of the number of things you can do and the way it works, it helps me significantly speed up procedures and requests for which I would normally have to resort to the website or even go to a public building.
My Citizen File allows you to do many things and each time it is updated its power increases: now it is used for company profiles, but you can also download proof of registration, access your birth certificate, consult your medical history… in fact, it has there are so many procedures and consultations available that it's easy to get lost.
Only in the My Data section we find eight different categories and in “My Files” you can filter depending on whether the document is state, regional or municipal. But in the end, what's normal is that I always end up looking for the same things. So I found a feature that saves me a lot of time and this allows me to always have at hand what I use the most.
I added to favorites what I consult the most from My Citizen File
Although by using it several times you learn where everything is, the fact that, for example, if you need to consult the register it is necessary to enter 'My file' > 'Accommodation' > 'My address' can be significantly accelerated. . As? Add the queries I use the most to “My data”, i.e. to my favorites.
Go for it the favorites function in My Citizen Folder It is limited to only four procedures, which are the ones that can be put on the first page of the application. To do this, we simply go to the procedure that interests us by browsing its menus and when we find it, we tap on the star icon that appears on the right.
We see this with an example: if I want to have identification data such as an identity document or passport at hand, we go to “My file” > “Citizenship” > “Citizenship data and documents”. identity” and tap on the star. So the next time we enter the application we will see this procedure from the beginning.
Not only is it useful for saving time, but I used this feature to put the most important questions and procedures in my parents' app, which They are not very technological and tend to get lost when faced with so many options..
