Fitbit will allow blood oxygen levels to be measured
The Fitbit SP02 sensors have never been available on the Apple Watch, although Apple did offer the V02 for a while. As mentioned from Tizenhelp, Fitbit users inside United States They will start to see blood oxygen monitoring data in their use as of today.
Keep in mind that this new one will be available Fitbit Versa, Ionic and Charge 3. The new "Today" section of the Fitbit program will show the limitations of blood oxygen variants, as you can see in the screenshot shared by Tizenhelp.
In the picture we see the following text:
“Blood oxygen levels fluctuate normally, but greater variability can be associated with respiratory problems. Predictors of variations in blood oxygenation undergo changes in the saturation of your blood oxygenation. ”
The only thing that prevents Apple from starting a similar project is to measure FDA oxygen levels for FDA approval, because the Apple Watch currently has the hardware needed to do that. The apple company also has a (already patented) trial to measure blood sugar and blood pressure monitoring.
