Health Connect loses its icon
If you’re already looking for the Health Connect app icon, don’t even try it, because after being updated, the big G has decided to withdraw it
Since Google I/O 2022, Health Connect for Android has appeared in open beta on the Google Play Store, but in its version 0.1.937.470007551.1 Starting today, the app launcher icon is removed from reviewed Samsung and Pixel devices.
In other words, the only way we now have to access to the application is from Google Play
that simply it could just be a bug and in a few days it reappears, but since it looks like Health Connect is going to be a service that can be perfectly in the background, it’s understood that the big G makes that decision.
What is clear is that if you are going to be part of the systemit will appear at some point in the settings so that we can access all its settings to configure the devices and more.
Already at Google I/O 2022 it was dropped that Health Connect would launch in the fall this year, therefore, we are waiting for this keynote where, in addition to presenting several devices, the big G offers more details on this health-related service.
