Google launches Look to Speak, an app that lets you speak with your eyes

Watch to talk is a developed experience Google Creative Lab available for Android 9.0 or higher and designed with a small group of people who could benefit from a tool with these characteristics.

I am blind and use Microsoft's Seeing IA app - that's all I can do with it

The Look to Speak operation is very simple. You just gotta look left or right to find and select a default word or phrase. The app will read it aloud.

This tool is only in Engl ish but you can edit the sentences to translate them or add other sentences to adapt them to the user. Reading is done with the default language of the mobile, it will therefore read them in correct Spanish.

Watch to talk It can be the perfect complement to those other communication devices which cannot be easily used in certain situations, such as when we are outdoors, in transit, in the shower and in emergency situations. You just need to hold the mobile at face level so that the camera can recognize eye movement.
