Google Messages has been updated and now lets you edit messages

Google Messages has introduced many new features these months, as are Messages categories. A new feature is starting to come in the Google app now, which other users can use now. It’s about editing Messages.

Recognizing other apps like Telegram or Gmail, Google Messages will provide users it is possible to schedule messaging they want to send. Therefore, they will be able to choose when they want the message to be sent to the chosen person. Same post has started.

Delivery of this work is done by server, so it may take a few days to become available to all app users. In this way, Google Messages introduces the same function as we have in Gmail, with which we can configure the sending of any message. To do this, you must press and hold the send button, so that the menu appears.

The app gives us a series of pre-determined options to schedule that post: morning, night or possibly us let’s choose the date and time it will be sent. When this message is sorted, simply click on send. Thereafter, on the selected date and time, it will be sent to its recipient, unless we do anything else.

If you want to change something, Google Messages allows users to change both the content of the message and the date it will be sent. By clicking the Update message option, will be allowed to change both the date and time of sending and the content of that message. So if you forget something or choose the wrong time, it will always be possible to change it.

This feature is starting to reach other users of the app, however it will take a few days to be available to everyone. If you use Google Messages on your Android phone, you will soon be able to schedule the delivery of any message with this functionality.
