If you’re like me, and you have multiple Android phones (one for work, another for gaming, another for photography), or just have a phone and a tablet, you know the worst is having to reinstall the same apps on all devices.
[Las apps que prometen hacer que tu móvil vaya más rápido tienen los días contados]
Fortunately, Google makes things a little easier. The first time you start an Android device, you have the option to install apps that you have associated with your Google account; and the new option discovered today will make our lives easier.
Install the same applications on all your mobiles
The new option was discovered by @AssembleDebug on Twitter, and it appears in the “Manage Apps & Device” section of the Google Play Store. Here, we’ll find a new option called “Sync Apps to Devices”, which does exactly what the name suggests.
When we activate this option, a list of all Android devices associated with our Google account will appear; that is, we started the session with our account when we first set them up.
We can choose the devices we want from the list. From then on, all the applications that we install on this device They will also be installed in those we have marked. This process will be done automatically and without us having to do anything else.

In other words, if we find an application that interests us, we do not need to install it on all our phones and tablets; It will be enough to install it on a single device, and it will also be installed automatically on those that we have chosen in this section. In addition to cellphones and tablets, it also works with Chromebooks that support Android apps.
It is necessary to specify that this option works only with the new applications that you are going to install from now on; apps already installed will not be synced. Updates are also not counted, so if your favorite app is updated with a new design or new features, it will only be installed on the device you are using and not on the ones you have configured.
An interesting detail is that this function is active by default on smartwatches with Wear OS, so when we install an application on the mobile, its version for watches is automatically installed and thus we can connect both.
At the moment Google has not made any official announcement, so we don’t know when the option will reach all users.
