There was a short time between beta 3 and beta 3.1 and there is a good explanation for that: the new update fix a single bug
A beta without feedback is useless
The Android 13 Beta 3.1 update is now available for download on compatible Google Pixels, i.e. from Google Pixel 4. If you already have a Pixel with Android 13 Beta, you can force OTA update from Settings > System > System update > Check for updates. is the version TPB3.220513.017.B1with the June security patch and Google services version 22.18.19.
If you prefer, you can also download the images to flash manually from the Android developer website, in addition to being able to use the Android Flash tool to do this relatively easily, from the browser.
Android 13 beta 3.1 fix a single bug which Google describes as “this update fixes a bug where the Android Beta Feedback app was not available in some cases.” Considering that the Android 13 beta program basically serves this purpose, so that users and developers can verify that everything is working correctly and if not, they can notify Google, it seems logical to fix this error as soon as possible. .
This is all the more relevant as we enter the home stretch of Android 13, with only one additional beta planned before the final release, in August or September. By then, Google needs to make sure the system is stable enough to officially launch, and an important part of that is providing users with an easy way to report bugs, from within the feedback app, which should now work correctly. .
