Mark Gurman just caught the infatuation what we had with iPadOS 16 and multiplied it by a hundred. Bloomberg’s editor now claims the system will have “significant changes” so that its interface “is moving away from that of mobile phones and closer to that of computers”

The changes will include a new interface for multitasking that will make it easier to check which apps are open and to be able to switch between them, as well as being able to use multiple apps comfortably in an easier way. Applications will be displayed in “windows” whose dimensions we can modify
So finally, now yes, it looks like we’re looking at an iPadOS that will provide the iPad many other reasons to use it as if it were a computer not a glorified smartphone. It could be something along the lines of the Jordan Singer concept that you can see in the tweet above.
We will be able to see the first official images of iPadOS 16 next Monday, when the WWDC 2022 keynote begins at seven o’clock in the afternoon (Spanish peninsula time). Very soon, we will bring you the details of our live coverage, which will include surprises.
