A spring keynote has been speculated for several weeks. A few leaks with little reliability, they have designated March 16 as a possible event day. But Mark Gurman is clear: there will be no Apple keynote on this date. Given how reliable the Bloomberg reporter is regarding the Apple leaks, we have to take his comments very seriously.
No event on March 16
Narrator: There won’t be one https://t.co/SVAdtzfjqz

In response to a Tweeter From Joe Rossignol, editor-in-chief of MacRumors speculating on rumors of an event on March 16, Gurman makes it clear in one word that there will be no keynote. The filtered Apple exclusives don’t say if they reference that specific date or if, on the contrary, the event occurs on another day
Ok, how about “One More Thing”?
Following this November ARM Mac event, the next Apple event (currently a digital event) will take place on Tuesday March 16, 2021 🗓
The headliner of the event will be AirPods Studio (B515) https://t.co/UxqQr6je1c pic.twitter.com/oCxVhg3owb

Already in October of last year, Jon Prosser assured that another Apple event would take place on March 16. Other leaks indicated the same date, although there are many more reasons for skepticism, other than what Gurman said. Prosser’s prediction in this same Tweeter This was wrong, as I was expecting an event on November 17th for the Mac M1s. This finally happened a week before, with the addition that AirPods Max (formerly known as Studio), would be showcased at this event. Which didn’t happen either.
That there will be no presentation, physical or online, does not imply that we will not see new products around these dates. There is speculation about several minor products that could be released next month.
AirTag, AirPods 3, and iPad Pro as candidates for March launch
We have been speculating for almost two years with the arrival of AirTag, a tracking beacon that would help us find lost items. However, despite all the evidence of its existence, Apple has not released this accessory. So much so that even Samsung has beaten those of Cupertino with its own localization beacon.
There are two other products that are more reasonable to renovate and have suffered fewer dents along the way. The first are AirPods 3
AirTags, AirPods 3, and new iPad Pro are top contenders for renewal this spring
Just a year after the launch of the iPad Pro with A12Z Bionic processor and dual rear cameras, the next generation is expected. In addition to the traditional CPU refresh, which everyone assumes, a slightly thicker screen is also expected. This would be due to the incorporation of a mini-LED panel, which would only reach the 12.9-inch model.
Not all of these teams represent a big leap or a novelty that deserves its own keynote. Remember that AirPods Pro and AirPods Max they were announced by press release. So they could all receive the same treatment.
