Google Play is launching a new emergency mini-game: the hot air balloon. We echoed its existence late last year although, as usual, said minigame has yet to appear to all users, despite following instructions to activate it. Google Play mini-game now seems active for everyoneespecially with the latest versions of Google Play.
That is, if you have Google Play on your mobile, you also have a little hidden game where you have to drive a hot air balloon in its constant ascent to the sky, collect coins and avoid obstacles. We tell you how to activate the minigame from google play and how to play.
How to activate the Google Play mini-game
Google Play minigame follows in the wake of Google Chrome’s Dino Run, appearing when you lack internet connection. If you want to play at some point when you have a connection, a good way to simulate disconnection is to turn on airplane mode or manually turn off Wi-Fi and mobile data.
After that, open Google Play, where you will see a message saying “You have no connection” and the drawing of a satellite that has fallen asleep. Just below, a new section appears that did not exist before: Play while you wait. If you don’t have a connection, but Google Play isn’t showing you the notice, search or edit the section.
Google Play now shows you three games to choose from: Hot air balloon, Solitaire and Serpent. The first is the Easter Egg included in Google Play, while the other two are borrowed from Google Play Games and will open as part of Play Games.
If you have followed all of the above instructions but the section on Play while you wait, you may have an older version of Google Play. A good way to force that Easter egg to show you is to switch to a newer version of the Play Store

How to play the mini-game on Google Play
Hot air ballooning is a very simple game, where you have to move the ball from side to side, by keeping your finger pressed on the screen and moving to the left or right. The objective is to get the highest score possible before the destruction of the balloon.
To earn points, you need to survive as long as possible and collect coins. As you progress through the game, accelerateSo what starts out as a very accessible game soon turns into a hell of a race.
To help you, you have three articles or power ups which you can collect during your flight, by flying over them with the hot air balloon, and which can be the difference between exploding or exceeding your previous record. They are as follows:

Colorful ball– Gives you invincibility for a few seconds, so you can jump over spikes whenever you want. When active, your balloon is colored.

Magnet: attract the coins around you, so you don’t have to go there to capture them. They come to you.

The arrow: It is difficult to distinguish it with the naked eye, as it visually looks like a coin and slows down the speed of the game.
The three “ power-ups ” of the game As we mentioned earlier, there is no goal beyond get as high a score as possible. The game will remember your last score, and for some reason it will call you like your name is that score, at the top.
