Apple is making it simple to turn on an iPhone’s flashlight from the lock screen, it’s too simple. We’ve all noticed our pocket glowing, or we pick up our phone and poke someone in the eye with the LEDs on our phone. Unfortunately, Apple doesn’t offer a way to disable the Flashlight button (or the Camera button) on your lock screen.
However, if you find this annoying, you can compromise by making it easier to wake your phone to avoid triggering the flashlight (or the Camera app). In Settings
If you have an iPhone 15 Pro or 15 Pro Max, you can set the Action button to trigger the flashlight. This button requires an intentional press for about a second, making it quite difficult to trigger without meaning to.
