Email Restrictions Drop
Attachment may not be sent via Email Drop if it exceeds the limits:
- The message, which contains the attached attachment files, contains size larger than 5 GB.
- There is one folder not compressed
- Sent too many messages or number exceeded number of recipients.
- We've reached the storage limit email Drop (1 TB).
Each edge has a simple solution. In a case that exceeds 5GB we can simply split sending various emails. Unsupported folders can be easily compressed on both iOS and macOS.
About the number of messages or recipients and we can send a message to one group of people and another message to another group or wait a few hours if we have sent multiple messages.
For storage limits, remember that Each attachment expires after 30 days, so we can post new attachments after the old attachment expires and there is space available.
And it's easy for you to use Ghost Drop. Next time we need to send large files we will know which email is our best choice.
