The Ghost Writer was one of the youth series that hit the Apple TV Plus platform a year ago and the truth is, it has managed to entertain teens and adults alike.
So far, two seasons have been released, although it is actually a season split into two parts. The series will consist of four parts in total (each of the two seasons is divided into two parts of 10 chapters each).
This means that Seasons 3 or 4 (or indeed Season 2) are already confirmed.
What is The Ghost Writer about?
The series is actually a remake of the original Ghostwriter, which aired in the early 90s.
In the 2019 episode, the plot tells the story of a group of children and a ghost as part of a haunted bookstore in which different fictional characters from the books it contains come to life.
Where can we see The Ghost Writer series?
As you might have imagined, being an Apple production, the series is available on its platform, Apple TV Plus.
Apple’s platform has not been as successful as other similar services (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, or HBO are a few examples). This is probably due to the fact that the Apple TV Plus title catalog is still quite small compared to the other companies mentioned.
Even so, there are some good quality shows, in fact if you have any doubts you can check out our guide with the best shows on Apple TV +, including titles like Dickinson, See or The Morning Show.
In addition, the price of the Apple TV + is also significantly cheaper than that of other platforms (probably to compensate for the smaller number of titles).
Apple TV Plus will set you back 4.99 dollars if you pay monthly, plus you can take advantage of a 7-day free trial to see if it really pays you to pay for your subscription or not.
