Mac Pro with M3 MAX chip
The purchases that Álvaro García M. would make.
I won’t deny that with a few thousand dollars in my pocket I would be curious to opt for the most powerful Mac Pro (4,049 dollars) available or even to lower it a little more towards a “cheated” Mac Studio. However, given my actual needs, my preferred option would be a MacBook Pro 14″ M3 Pro combo (3,049 dollars) + Studio display (1,779 dollars). With a configuration of 36 GB + 1 TB that would be enough for me.
The choice of combo would be determined by having the best possible laptop in a comfortable size to work outside the house and that later at home I could use it to connect to a monitor and, yes, have a big screen. The Studio Display could serve me perfectly and if I spend “free” money, it would be my choice, although I will not deny that the Huawei MateView has been eyeing me for a long time (even if it is not a display Apple).

Mac Studio
The purchases Isra Fdez would make.
I have it very clear. I would buy this device that I never bought because the budget doesn’t even allow me to think about it: a Mac Studio with an M2 Ultra processor (its base price is over 4,800 dollars, although I would bet on the 4 TB storage model (5,999 dollars) and a Pro Display XDR monitor (that’s an additional 6,499 dollars). I would have the best desirable configuration in an Apple environment and I could forget about renewing the equipment for a few years. Can you ask for more?

Apple Watch Ultra
The purchase that Jesús Quesada would make.
If I won the lottery, one of the devices I would buy is the Apple Watch Ultra (938.99 dollars). I like the sports features of the Apple Watch and with the Ultra you get better battery life (yes, it’s a shame having to charge the series practically every day), as well as greater GPS accuracy, between other stuff. If money were no object, it would be one of my whims to accompany me during training and in everyday life to motivate me more.

Mac Studio
The purchases that Miguel López would make.
I would buy a Mac Studio (4,829 dollars) with the best possible configuration, as well as an XDR pro Display (6,499 dollars). Right now I have a Mac mini M1 that I would leave active as a home server. I would also renew my iPad Pro (1,326 dollars) for the most recent model, and I would change my MacBook Air M2 for an identical one but with 24 GB of RAM. This would basically update all of my Apple devices.
Beyond Apple, I guess I’d buy something I’ve never owned: a car. Electric, maybe a VW ID3 with the maximum possible range. Or a Tesla, although it would have to be a more compact model than the ones they currently have.
