in our profile. And the other was about notifying errors in the “shake iPhone” app and reporting an error to Instagram.

Instagram news: remove some of the carousels and ‘shake’ the iPhone

The new features were announced through a video shared on Twitter by the Instagram manager called Adam Mosséri. Both novelties are discussed in the video, highlighting their importance across the world. The first function allows the user delete images individually in previously published image carousels. That is, if we have uploaded 7 images and we no longer like one or don’t want it on our profile, we can edit the post and delete the images individually without having to download the carousel again. .

This function is available worldwide on iOS. As Mosseri commented, the feature is coming to Android soon. In the case of the second novelty it is only available in the United States.

This is the notification of errors around the application. For example, if we detect that the stories are not working, that the images are not loading even with an internet connection, or that we cannot access the Explorer section. we can literally shake our mobile and a menu will appear where we can report the error to the central Instagram offices.

The news has been available since the app update just a few hours ago.
