In September 2023, we went to Berlin to attend the presentation of Xiaomi’s high-end mobile phones for the second half of the year, the T family. On this occasion, two models were presented, the Xiaomi 13T and the Xiaomi 13T Pro. pointed out a somewhat forgotten price range, that of 600 dollars.

When we were able to analyze the Xiaomi 13T Pro, we already told you that it was a very good mobile phone, one of the few in its category to rely not only on a good camera, but also on a telephoto lens, as well as a wide angle lens. Its little brother, the Xiaomi 13T, could also boast of the same.

Both models are on sale on the company’s Spanish website at a price that seems to be a mistake, but it is not. It Xiaomi 13T Its official price was 659.99 dollars, but now it can be purchased for only 399.99 dollars with manufacturer’s warranty in our country. Xiaomi 13T Pro price drops againfrom 909.99 dollars to 499.99 dollars.

We are talking about a mobile 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 1,200 nits of peak brightness and a 144Hz refresh ratewith fingerprint sensor under the screen. In addition, its processor is a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultra, a high-end chipset accompanied by 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. Its battery is 5,000 mAh and it has a 67 W fast charge. As if that were not enough, the fast charger comes in the sales box.

Its camera system stands out because it is one of the few in this price range (if not the only one) to have a 50 Mpx main sensor, a 12 Mpx wide angle and, be careful, a telephoto lens with 2x optical zooms. This camera is created in collaboration with Leica, which is noticeable in the quality of the images. The only drawback is that it records in 4K, it does not do it at 60 fps, but at this price it is something that can be forgiven. The front camera is 20 Mpx and records video very well, as Xiaomi is used to. It has NFC for mobile payments (and much more), Bluetooth 5.4 to best connect any audio device and WiFi 6. It even has an infrared sensor to control the TV, air conditioning, etc.

And if we want its older brother, the Xiaomi 13T Pro, we will pay a little more, but in addition to all the above we will have an even more powerful processor, the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+, 120W charging speed and 12GB of RAM. For 100 dollars it could be worth it to more than one person. And if you are looking for a mid-range at a very low price, Xiaomi also has a proposal.
