Kuo doesn’t see major improvements in iPhone cameras until 2023, latest report says

The cameras of the iPhone 12 Pro have brought us new features such as improved lenses, a LiDAR sensor or the more recent possibility of using the ProRAW format; But According to Ming-Chi Kuo’s latest report, we won’t see as many new functions in the cameras of the iPhone 13 and 14.

The analyst backs the data in a price war between two suppliers of the lenses that are part of the iPhone cameras, Largan and Genius Electronic. As evidenced by MacRumors, who had access to the Kuo report, this war could affect the profit margins of both companies and consequently affect the arrival of improved glasses

Linear improvements by 2023, although with plenty of scope for change

Also, looking at Apple’s agenda by 2023, it is very likely that the iPhones we will have in two years will be quite different from the ones we will have now.
