Application Pictures which is present in all of our iPhone or iPad is far more capable than eye-popping. Various tools allow us to rotate, crop, color to fit, apply filters, etc. accurate and precise.
Photo editing is the first thing we need to do to open the app Pictures and find the image we want to edit. The easiest way is to go to the tab Pictures, in the bottom left, and open the image in question. When we have a picture on the screen we touch the button Edit located on the top right of the screen. If necessary, we wait for the image to download.
Tools available
To get here we have it the various tools we haveLet's go through them one by one. At the bottom of the screen (on our left in the case of the iPad) we find four (or three) buttons that allow us to access between the various editing tools.
From left to right we find tool for editing the "live" part of an image displayed in circles, only visible when the image we are editing Photo Live. Below the tool Correct, represented by a rotary controller surrounded by small marks and allowing us to adjust brightness, white balance, satellite, etc. In the third place we have Filters
Access to different tools as simple as touching them. A yellow dot below one of them shows us where the tool is.
First tool: Live Photo
With this first tool we can: determine the end and start of the image live, mute it, make it Live and select a keyword.
Transforming a live image is very easy, simply let's touch the speaker button from the top of the screen. If it is yellow it means the image is noisy, if we see it yellow and the barrier is moved then the sound is made.
To minimize the start and end of a live image we will stretch the arrows "<" y ">"right and left icon appears at the bottom of the screen. The part highlighted in yellow is the one we will keep.
To enable or disable the live part of the image we touch the button Live at the top of the screen, just as before when yellow means that the image is live, otherwise we see it gray and cross the line it means that the Inactive doesn't work.
In the end, choosing an important Live Photo photo we draw a white square is located on the "video" icon from the bottom to the new position, and then it touches Convert to image key.
Tool 2: Correct
The repair tool, which has many functions, is, at the same time, easy to use. Below our iPhone (or to the right of our iPad) there is a set of circular pictures, each of which settings, for example: manifestation, bright spots, contrast, light, dark point, fullness, life
Doing something in pictures it affects a setting that wants to be different and uses a slider to decide how much we want to spend to fix that. The variables we use have a rotating ring shape index that allows us to know the value of the request depending on whether it is full or partial.
Pay special attention to configurations marked with magic wand: auto correction. These include all others and, like others, we can use the slide to vary its strength.
From left to right, in the image, we find: the auto-correction button, the displayed good usage adjustment, the usage adjustment displayed by its negative value (and less than the previous one), a to start (when touched) and unused setting.
Tool 3: Filters
Several set filters appear in this section. We found it clear, warm clear, cold transparent, wonderful (and hot or cold), delicious, silver and noir. To use them, just tap. We can also choose the first one, Original, so that you don't use any. Once we have selected the filter to apply, the slider will allow us to adjust the value we make.
Tool 4: Decide
This tool allows us seven actions: crop an image (resize it), stop it and follow a specific measurement such as 1: 1, 9:16, or 3: 4 among others, Flip the image, twist it, and adjust its shape
Adjusting the orientation, horizontal view, or vertical view we touch on their associated icons (available in this order) and use the slide to make changes.
Rotating a photo is as easy as touch the square with the arrow on the right which appears at the top of the screen. Squeezing it (a mirror) touches the triangle button with a straight arrow above it, near it.
Finally, to crop and rename an image we are simply drawn to its four corners. If we want some part of this cut we can touch the icon in the form of squares in the top right corner of the screen, when we do so we will see a list of dimensions at the bottom (1: 1, 9:16, 8:10, etc.) and select any of them. Next we choose if we want to vertically or horizontally by touching the appropriate buttons next to the dimensions and, if necessary, dragging the corners to cut the content. We can also use scale Original to keep your own photo edits or It's free that allows us to decide without limitation.
At any time we can touch the button By default top twice in a row to return to the original cutout.
Without a doubt the Photos app is an easy way to organize photos on our iPhone or iPad. It is clear that there are alternatives that are powerful and have many choices, but for many there is a balance between the power and ease of use of a different photography application.
