The Green A10 was crowned in 2019 as the world's best-selling phone, behind the iPhone XR and iPhone 11.
For now It is not yet known when the Samsung Galaxy A11 will be launched legally. This model should come with other phones in this range, such as the Galaxy A21 or Green A31 soon. This spring will probably work legally, but we'll have to wait for confirmation from Samsung.
