The changes that One UI 7 will bring will be numerous, both in the customization layer itself and in Samsung applications. One of those that will undergo slight modifications when the new version of the South Korean brand's software arrives is Samsung Health.
Although the One UI 7 beta has already arrived, it is only in certain countries and, unfortunately, Europe will not be among the chosen ones. We will therefore have to wait for the final version which is will be launched in early 2025.
Changes to Samsung Health
As reported by user X @TechA7mad, the Samsung Health app receives some changes in One UI 7 compared to what we can currently see with version 6.1.1.

In the upcoming Samsung Health app, a new section called Mindfulness what has three functions: breathing exercises, meditation and mood control.
THE breathing exercise function It is currently available, but it seems that in One UI 7 it will have greater importance and an improved operating system.
THE meditation allows the terminal to let the user meditate for a predetermined duration, while the mood recording It allows the user to integrate what they are feeling at any time to follow along.
There is also a modification in the Constraint sectionsince the scale which marks the detected level has been modified. Now it has the same four colors, but completely separate.
