The spring Apple Peek Performance event has finally been confirmed. Apple’s first keynote for this year 2022, of which we expect many more. And for this occasion we expect a lot of things: an iPhone SE 3, an iPad Air and a Mac, which we are still unsure of its specific model. In addition to the final presentation of iOS 15.4 and some other new features in the services.
The new iPhone SE 3 with 5G
Almost with complete certainty, we can assure that the new iPhone SE 3 is on the way. This has been confirmed by Mark Gurman on several occasions and also by Ming-Chi Kuo. From this iPhone, we expect the following:
- Same design as the 4.7 inch iPhone 8.
- A15 Bionic chip, same as iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro.
- 5G cellular connection.
- Home button with Touch ID.
The strong point of this new iPhone is that it incorporates the latest Apple technologies. The A15 Bionic chip is the most advanced to date on Apple smartphones. And 5G would make the iPhone SE 3 the cheapest model with this type of super-fast connection.
Touch ID is a way for the device to keep its familiarity and low price. At the same time, advanced technologies are integrated into the device. A perfect iPhone for business and users who don’t need the latest. As we said years ago, the iPhone SE is Apple’s broom car for picking up lagging users.
A new iPad Air and a Mac yet to be determined
In the pools of rumors, the iPad Air also appears as a device to renew. The iPad Air 2020 was released in September of the same year with a new design accompanying the A13 Bionic processor. A year and a half later, he has a few treats that can be redeemed.
In addition to the products, we expect the final presentation of iOS 15.4 and some other news in the services
Its design will remain unchanged given the one it underwent last year. Here we might review the A15 Bionic chip with 5G connectivity as great news. In short, we would be facing an iPad mini 2021 with more inches. Much more efficient thanks to its Smart Connector.
And finally, we have a Mac among the possibilities of new equipment. Unsurprisingly, Apple recently registered up to three different Mac models in the Eurasian database. This does not mean that we will see three new teamsas they may well be revealed in a later event.
The team with the most votes to reveal at this Apple event is the entry-level MacBook Pro, with an M2 chip, without Touch Bar or ProMotion. A very powerful and at the same time affordable Mac, because it would do without the features that would make it Pro: Better display and more power options.
