It’s curious. Apple released iOS 15.4 in the middle of last month, and that was six weeks ago. It was around this time that a set of 107 new emojis arrived on all iPhones updated to this version of iOS, but only now have these emojis reached Android and therefore to the majority of consumers in the world.

The group of these 107 new emoji includes the pregnant man that Elon Musk recently used to “troll” Bill Gates, the melting face, a missing face, the globe symbol, a military salute, and the faces they cover. eyes or are on the verge of tears. All these emoticons have now reached the versions of WhatsApp for Android.
So far some of these emojis displayed as an error symbol on Android terminals, but now we should be able to send and receive them correctly from mobiles with this system. Apple always participates in the Unicode Consortium to work on new additions, allowing us to see them long before they’re released and giving iOS a prime spot for early adoption.
With that, the total number of emojis universally available today is 3,460. Which leads me to say that it’s probably not such a good idea anymore to search for that emoji you always like manually.
