Nomad updated his AirPods Rugged Case to make it compatible with AirPods Pro, and on the way take the opportunity to add some details that enhance the previous model, to expand the distance to other manufacturers' products. We've tried and shown you all the details below.
Protection and design
It may be difficult to secure a box, but many of us find it more than convenient. After using AirPods from the first generation, and initially hesitant to use protective covers, finally experience taught me that if you want your AirPods box to be in good condition you should cover it with some kind of protection. The glossy white finish of polycarbonate is very sensitive to outdoor assemblies, and carrying AirPods in a purse, exercise bag or pocket and other items ends up seriously injured.
To this we must add the risk (rather the guarantee) of throwing the box down, something that has happened to me a few times. With this Nomad Case designed we look at all these things, too thanks to its plastic interior design and size "either too big or too thick" we can calm down in the face of a serious accident on our table or in our pocket. Ideally, the case has a medium plastic layer, which will flatten out should it fall, so that the skin will not be damaged.
The most noticeable feature of Nomad's case is the exquisite skin that covers most of its face. That mid-range leather has already tried iPhone cases of the same product and is a nice touch, and that enhances the long-term result of such a property that only property like this exists. Box holdings improve dramatically, so planting and fall opportunities are reduced. Nomad supplemented its interior with a microfiber cloth so that the original box did not damage, and this made the case more compact and less slippery, something that happened with previous generations.
In detail the difference
This case created by Nomad is not the only leather case on the market, or the first, but it is quite different from the others. From everything we said before, we should add a series of details that make a difference. Details such as the LED charging well thanks to a small fiber optic channel that absorbs light outside so that you do not lose their appearance. We'll also find a small area in the back that fits with the AirPods link button, and that we can use to press that button without removing the charge. It also has a wrist strap top, and a Lightning connector port, in case we don't want to use a wireless charger that obviously works with an open lid.
Editor's Vision
AirPods covers are of all types, materials and prices, but this Nomad Integrated Case represents the majority in terms of the quality of its materials, its design and specifications, while others completely ignore it, demanding full care.
