The rumor machine does not stop: we have just seen the presentation of the iPhone 14 and Ming-Chi Kuo is already starting to publish predictions of the iPhone 15. The well-known analyst predicts that the most accentuated differentiation between iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro is just the beginning: next year these ranges will be even more differentiated.
More size will mean more exclusivity

In the specific words of Kuo, who posted the message on his Twitter:
I believe that Apple will create more differentiation between the iPhone 15 Pro and the standard iPhone 15 to increase logistics planning and the average selling price of iPhones.
[…] Apple will also start differentiating between iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. This is the best practice for an accurate segmentation strategy that generates more sales and revenue in a mature market.
Until now, buying an iPhone Pro has meant having better cameras, but with the iPhone 14 Pro, we’ve won that dynamic island with far more benefits than the notch that the standard iPhone 14 retains. Giving more features exclusive to the pro range can motivate more users to choose these models.
Kuo also indicates that even the 6.7-inch Pro Max models will end up with features the 6.1-inch Pro won’t have, giving more exclusivity to large models. That may also be reflected in the standard range now that it has two screen sizes too.

Good news: iPhone 13 cases will work for the iPhone 14, and the only “but” is secondary
It is a path that has a certain logic if what we want is to squeeze incomes, but it is still too early to consider it probable. The iPhone 15 will take a while to arrive… and it’s counting that they will really be called iPhone 15. Never take these names for granted.
