The high-end Samsung Galaxy took center stage last year, although in the mid-range the ones that racked up a lot of sales were the Galaxy A34 and Galaxy A54. Now that two months are almost over in 2024, we look forward to his successors.
The Galaxy A55 has been the subject of numerous leaks and has no more secrets, facing the last weeks until its launch. Something similar happened to its little brother, a Galaxy A35 that posed in what looked like official images. Today, a new leak tells us all your specifications.
It will be the Galaxy A35
As we read in Android Authority, the Galaxy manufacturer has a very busy month of March ahead. They are planned launches of the two mid-range mentioned, some of whose predecessors were real bestsellers.
Just yesterday we witnessed the umpteenth leak of the Galaxy A55, and following this comes one with lots of information about its little brother. In fact, it manages to give us a general image of the device and its technical sheet.
These leaks come from Android Headlines, which manages to corroborate previous Google Play Console leaks. What processor will the Galaxy A35 have? Well, apparently he will inherit the Exynos 1380 of the Galaxy A54. Remember that its successor, the Galaxy A55, points towards an Exynos 1480 which represents a slight evolution in terms of power.
On the other hand, we will have two memory configurations: 6 and 128 GB for RAM and storage or 8 and 256 GB as a more expensive option. Likewise, if these amounts are not enough, you have the option of inserting a microSD card.
It will also have protection against the entry of water and dust, especially with the IP67 certification. In terms of design, the differences with its predecessor are not radical, but it brings some aesthetic touches: less pronounced curves and an “island of buttons”.
The leak, as we see, is more pronounced than on other occasions. Here’s to know the dimensions: 161.7 x 78 x 8.2 mm, and a weight 209 grams. It will go on sale in different colors, called Awesome Ice Blue, Awesome Lemon, Awesome Lilac, Awesome Navy.
On the front, the panel will not have the waterdrop cutout: instead, the usual circular perforation will appear where the front camera will be housed. By the way, the panel will be 6.6 inches with Super AMOLED technology and FullHD+ resolution.
The battery will not change while keeping the 5,000 mAh capacity with 25 watt fast charging. In the photographic field, it also uses the 50 megapixel main sensor with an f/1.8 aperture. It is complemented by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle and a third macro sensor. The selfie camera will reach 13 megapixels.
Without being official yet, it is estimated that the Galaxy A34 will be released with Android 14 and One UI 6.1, alongside its brother the Galaxy A55. The leaks show a price of 379 dollars for the cheapest model, while the variant with more memory will reach 449 dollars. As they say, nothing is confirmed, so we have to wait for Samsung to comment on the subject.
